What days can you have my dog?
Monday - Thursday are Adventure Days and these are limited to 6 dogs per walk.

Fridays are reserved for our Solo Walks and spaces are limited, so if this is a service you require, please get in touch as soon as possible.
How does it all work?
Each dog has a free Meet & Greet with me. Your dog will then have 4 Solo Walks, 1-1, so we can get to know each other, build trust and I can assess whether they are suitable for Adventure Day Care (if this service is desired). After these initial walks, your dog can then join our adventure days. Please note that each dog is required to walk with us at least once a week and on the same day(s) each week to ensure consistency with their bonded pack.
Are you council approved?
Yes, we are an approved dog walker for East Lothian council.
Are there any restrictions on the dogs you take?
Unfortunately, due to insurance, I cannot take any breeds listed on the Dangerous Dogs list.
What makes Wild Trails Co. so unique?
At Wild Trails Co. I spend one on one time with each dog to assess which service they'd be best suited to. All of my services put your dog first to ensure they are getting just the right amount of mental stimulation, exercise and, of course, play! But it's important for this to be done as safely as possible - that's why our adventure groups are carefully put together based on their compatibility with each other.
How do payments work?
Payments are to be made monthly on the 1st of each month - I will invoice you a week before it's due.

If your dog joins us in the middle of a month, you will be charged just for the remaining weeks of that month, and then start afresh on the 1st.

The initial "get-to-know-you" solo walks are chargeable at £22 per hour and your dog will be required to have 4 of these for us to build a good relationship before joining the group walks.

Adventure Day Care pricing is as follows:
-
Full day - £36
-
Half day - £24
Are you insured?
I have full insurance covering the van, animal transit, public liability and key handling.
Can my dog join for one-off walks
or adventures?
Unfortunately, we can't cater for ad-hoc walks.
